Finally: a no-fluff guide to neuroinclusion at work
NeuroNavigator® is back - here's why it's the gamechanger you've been waiting for.
Hello!
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by neuroinclusion work - like you’re trying your best but still second-guessing every decision and feeling like it’s all a bit much - you’re not alone.
Many people trying to be more neuroinclusive in their organisations are juggling high expectations with low clarity. They want to do the right thing, but don’t always know where to start, or how to keep going without burning out.
That’s exactly why we created the NeuroNavigator® Programme. And this week, it’s back - and open to anyone in the world!
Today I’m talking about:
Info: Why most neuroinclusion efforts stall, and how to move past tick-box tactics
Tips: Ways to build confidence and momentum, even if you're not "the expert"
Recommendations: A Masterclass recording and more information about our flagship programme
Why good intentions aren't enough
You care about neuroinclusion. You're showing up, learning, listening, trying.
But without the right structure, community, and insight, even the most motivated people get stuck.
Organisations often approach neurodiversity with:
Ad hoc training here and there
A few employee stories shared during Neurodiversity Celebration Week
Some vague commitments in an EDI strategy
It’s well-meaning, but it rarely leads to real change.
Because real change takes more than awareness. It needs confidence, clarity, and community.
That’s where NeuroNavigator® comes in.
This isn’t another webinar or awareness session. It’s a 10-week live, virtual journey with a small group of changemakers - HR leads, EDI teams, neurodiversity network chairs, and curious humans determined to make things better at work.
You’ll go from feeling unsure and exhausted to feeling clear, inspired, and equipped to lead change in your own way - without having to be "the expert."
As one of our participants put it:
“These sessions always made me think a little bit differently. So thank you.”
Practical tips for getting unstuck
If you’re navigating neuroinclusion work right now, here are a few things that can help:
✅ Stop waiting to be ‘ready.’ You don’t need to know everything to start making things better.
✅ Share the load. Bring others into the work. Inclusion isn’t a solo sport.
✅ Use the 22 Questions. Our go-to resource for making workplace conversations more neuroinclusive. (Reply with ‘22 questions’ if you want a copy of them.)
✅ Create a ‘test and learn’ culture. Try small changes. Reflect. Adapt. Keep going.
✅ Find your crew. Whether it’s a network, a cohort like NeuroNavigator®, or a LinkedIn group, being in community makes a big difference.
