Why join The Differing Advantage?

The Differing Advantage shares weekly insight and reframes on neurodiversity, inclusion, and how we think about difference - helping you make sense of complexity without jargon or oversimplification.

About me

Hi, I’m Jess!

I am a neurodiversity speaker, writer, and advocate. I help people understand the barriers created by the way our systems, environments, and social norms are designed, and what to do about them.

My work goes beyond surface-level fixes to explore what actually shapes inclusion, while offering realistic ways to think differently and create more neuroinclusive environments. The aim is always the same: clearer understanding, better decisions, and meaningful change.

I'm always going on about Differing Minds in our Neurodiveristy Network meetings! 😄 You have exactly the same approach as I try so hard to have in my organisation, and I cannot thank you enough for being that beacon of education, hope, awareness and tolerance that our society so desperately needs.

I find your emails incredibly helpful, so thank you. This one says so eloquently what I've been thinking, and struggling to get recognised as a newly diagnosed and struggling employee.
